1. Who you're dealing with

RosterFrame is run from Germany (see legal notice). It is currently in a free public beta: every feature is free and nothing is sold. When paid plans launch, they will be sold by Lemon Squeezy as reseller and merchant of record, and these terms will be updated before then.

2. Free beta

During the beta you may use every feature free of charge, including for paid client work, and files have no watermark. You keep everything you export, also after the beta ends. Sections 3 to 5 apply once paid plans launch.

3. Pro licence

A Pro licence is a one-time purchase. It lets one person or one photography business use RosterFrame without watermarks, on up to two computers at a time, for commercial work, including future updates. You can move the licence to another computer from inside the app. Please don't share your key publicly or resell it.

4. Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required, depending on where you live, and is shown before you pay.

5. Refunds

6. Your photos and content

You keep all rights to your photos, rosters and files. RosterFrame never receives them. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos and names you process, including consent from parents or guardians where your local law or your client requires it.

7. Fair use

Don't attempt to bypass the licence check, remove the watermark from free exports by technical means, or use RosterFrame to create unlawful content.

8. Availability and changes

RosterFrame runs in your browser and keeps working even if our website is briefly unavailable, except for activating new licences. We may improve the software over time. If we ever stop offering RosterFrame, we will give Pro customers at least 90 days' notice.

9. Warranty and liability

We test RosterFrame carefully, but please check your print files before sending them to a lab. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract, and at most the price you paid for the licence. Liability under product liability law is not affected.

10. Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.
