Cookie and storage policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
RosterFrame sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to agree to: we only store what the app needs to work, on your own computer.
What we store in your browser
| Name | Type | What it holds | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
rosterframe | IndexedDB | Your jobs, teams, names, design settings, imported photos and their thumbnails | Until you delete the job or clear site data |
rf.license | Local storage | Your Pro licence key and activation ID (only if you activate Pro) | Until you remove the licence in the app or clear site data |
Both are strictly necessary to provide the service you request, which is why the law does not require consent for them (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 5 (3) ePrivacy Directive). None of this data is sent to us.
Anonymous visit counter
We count page views and app actions anonymously on our server. The counter uses no cookies and no browser storage, and it stores no IP addresses or identifiers. See the privacy policy.
What we don't use
No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no social media cookies, no fingerprinting and no third-party scripts or embeds. Our fonts are served from our own website, not from Google Fonts.
Our hosting provider
Cloudflare delivers our website. With our current settings Cloudflare sets no cookies. If we ever had to switch on Cloudflare's bot protection during an attack, it could set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm, 30 minutes) that is strictly necessary to block bots. We would update this page if that became permanent.
How to delete it
Inside the app: delete a job from the job list, or remove your licence under "Pro". In your browser: open the site settings for rosterframe.com and choose "Clear data" (Chrome and Edge), or Safari › Settings › Privacy › Manage Website Data. Note that clearing site data also deletes your saved jobs and photos in RosterFrame.
